Google has been observed redying the sports widget for its Google app on the Android home screen, according to an APK Insight post. Google is working on a widget specifically for sports lovers, following the release of the Finance Watchlist on the Android home screen. By doing this, users may acquire the most recent information on their favorite games and display the Google app sports widget on their home screen.
By adding the Google Sports widget to your home screen, you can easily view the teams you follow along with their future and previous matches. The date, time, score, and league in which they are competing are displayed on the cards. Pressing this Google Sports icon provides you with full access to Google Search's Knowledge Graphic Card.
The usual users cannot access the sports widget on the Google app.
The user interface is either one or two columns; selecting the latter displays the game prominently at the top and provides additional information. The Google app sports widget may be easily resized to take over the whole home screen. The 'Last updated' information is also displayed when you click the small refresh button located at the top-right corner.
The widget also provides you with two views, "Your games" and "Trending games," as noted by 9To5Google. Users can add their favorite teams to the widget and change its appearance using the Google app sports widget settings page. Based on your searches, it also provides "Recommendations" for games, teams, leagues, etc. Furthermore, All over is applied dynamic color.
