The OnePlus 12 made its official debut on the international scene last week, first targeting markets in the US, Europe, and India. Yesterday, Indian consumers started to receive their new smartphones along with a day-one patch that included a lot of polish and the new Master mode for the cameras.
For those who don't know, the OnePlus Master Mode is simply the Pro Mode from earlier OnePlus phones, rebranded and improved. It provides the following capabilities to allow customers greater control over the camera:
Manual settings: You have more control over ISO, shutter speed, white balance, and focus by manually adjusting these parameters creative authority over your images.
Hasselblad color tuning: To include their renowned color science into the OnePlus 12, OnePlus has teamed up with the venerable camera manufacturer Hasselblad. This implies that you should anticipate images with accurate skin tones and hues that seem natural.
RAW capture: RAW format allows for greater editing options when taking and processing pictures.
Fine-tuning: Prior to taking the picture, you can edit the contrast, saturation, sharpness, and vignette in Master Mode.
In addition to master mode, the latest firmware update, with version CPH2573_14.0.0.404(EX01), brings a number of enhancements and polish, which you can view in the full changelog below:
